1.2. Service Issues: If you experience technical issues or service interruptions that are not resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards future services. Refunds for service issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
1.3. Ineligible Refunds: Refunds are not available for:
- Domain name registration fees.
- Services purchased through promotional offers or discounts.
- Any add-on services, such as additional storage or dedicated IP addresses.
- Violations of our License Agreement or Terms of Use.
2. Refund Process
2.1. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@justrunmy.app with your order details, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant information. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
2.2. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2.3. Refunds will be processed in the original currency used for the purchase. We are not responsible for any differences due to currency exchange rates or fees.
3. Cancellations and Terminations
3.1. You may cancel your hosting service at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your hosting account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3.2. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the 14-day refund period. However, you may continue to use the service until the end of your billing cycle.
