1.1. Credits: Prepaid balance used to pay for Service usage (1 Credit = $1.00 USD), as described in the Terms of Service.

2.1. Generally Non-Refundable: Credit purchases are generally non-refundable once added to your account.

2.2. Legal Exceptions: Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law (including any mandatory refund rights).

3. Discretionary Refunds

3.1. Goodwill Refunds: We may, at our discretion, provide a refund (in whole or in part) or issue account credits as a goodwill gesture in limited cases, including where we determine that a payment was made in error or where there is a confirmed billing error.

3.2. Service Issues: If you experience technical issues or service interruptions, we may (at our discretion) issue account credits or, in limited cases, provide a refund. Determinations are made case-by-case and may depend on the nature of the issue and the impact.

5.3. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

5.4. Refunds are processed in the original currency used for the purchase. We are not responsible for currency exchange rate differences or fees charged by third parties.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

6.1. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account and/or reverse the associated Credits as described in the Terms of Service.
